Wing Bank Eliminates Cash-Out Fees, Forgoes Millions to Advance Financial Inclusion
Just in time for the Khmer New Year, Wing Bank has announced the permanent elimination of cash-out fees for all customers – marking a major milestone in the bank’s ongoing mission to provide accessible, affordable, and innovative banking solutions across Cambodia.
Effective today, users of the Wing Bank app can now withdraw cash completely free of charge at over 12,000 Wing Cash Xpress Agents, Wing Master Agents, and all Wing Bank branches nationwide. Customers who previously subscribed to prepaid cash-out bundles will also receive reimbursements, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to fairness and transparency.
This pioneering zero-fee cash-out initiative is the first of its kind in Cambodia’s over-the-counter (OTC) financial services landscape. It represents a bold step forward under the leadership of Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, Wing Bank’s newly appointed CEO.
