Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc commits a total of USD 500 million in loans to support enterprises, SMEs, MSMEs, startups, and women entrepreneurs through the Women’s Economic and Entrepreneurship Development Centre, General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, and Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation.

Wing Bank pledged USD 100 million to the Women’s Economic and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (WEE-DC) under the Ministry of Women’s Affairs. The funding aims to empower Cambodian women to start and grow businesses, following an appeal by H.E.Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet during the official inauguration of WEE-DC in Phnom Penh.

Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and Chairman & CEO of Royal Group of Companies, highlighted the importance of supporting women entrepreneurs as a key driver of national development.

Through its Memorandum of Understanding with General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, Wing Bank introduced a USD 200 million credit line with zero interest for up to five days for businesses paying duties and taxes through its e-payment platform.

“By giving SMEs, startups, and women-led businesses better access to financing and digital tools, we’re not just helping individual success stories. We are building a stronger, more inclusive, and innovative economy for Cambodia,” said Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, CEO of Wing Bank. “When businesses grow, the whole nation grows.”

To support entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and startups, Wing Bank signed an MoU with the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation, committing another USD 200 million in loans to enhance business development, competitiveness, and innovation.

Wing Bank will work closely with each stakeholder to host training and workshops for respective beneficiaries to ensure they can reap the benefits of the financial assistance.
