Last week on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), the market opened on Monday at 406.4 and closed the same day at 404.24, with a trade volume of 92,040 shares valued at 611.9 million riel (approximately USD 150,460). On Friday, the CSX opened at 406.1 and closed at 404.39, with 47,109 shares valued at 259.7 million riel (USD 63,900).
The most traded stocks from last week were ACLEDA Bank (1,341 million riel), followed by Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (79 million riel) and CAMGSM (66 million riel).
Top Gainers
- CAMGSM (CGSM), a telecom company under the Royal Group of Companies, rose by 1.71%, reaching 2,460 riel per share.
- JS Land (JSL), a real estate developer, also gained 1.71% to 3,510 riel per share.
- Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), a state-owned port company, increased by 1.21%, reaching 13,440 riel per share.
Top Losers
- ACLEDA Bank (ABC) fell to 7,100 riel per share (-2.51%).
- Grand Twins International (GTI) dropped to 4,200 riel per share (-2.31%).
- Pestech Cambodia (PEPC) fell to 6,380 riel per share (-2.11%).
Market Highlights
The highest-priced stock on the CSX remains the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP) at 13,440 riel per share, while the lowest is Mengly J. Quach Education (MJQE) at 2,040 riel per share.
