Serey and ARC Accelerator Announce Strategic Collaboration to Empower Cambodian Startups

In a move to strengthen Cambodia’s startup ecosystem, Serey, the leading Web3 social publishing platform, has partnered with ARC Accelerator, Cambodia’s premier startup accelerator, to launch a decentralised content hub for Cambodian entrepreneurs.
Through this collaboration, ARC will create a central publishing platform on Serey to showcase its startups, share updates, publish news, and highlight success stories. Each startup under ARC’s wing will also have the opportunity to launch its own customisable publishing platform on the Serey network, featuring tools such as a homepage, blog, video gallery, and online shop.
“This partnership is about more than technology – it’s about giving Cambodian startups a voice and visibility,” said Chhay Lem Lim, Founder of Serey. “By combining ARC’s dynamic community with Serey’s decentralised infrastructure, we’re creating a powerful engine for innovation, transparency, and growth.”
ARC Accelerator will receive a 2 million SRY token delegation to manage its hub, while each participating startup will receive 250,000 SRY tokens delegation. This model ensures ARC and its startups to manage their platforms effectively.
The initiative not only enhances visibility for Cambodian startups but also encourages adoption of Web3 tools that provide greater autonomy, ownership, and long-term value creation.
“We’re excited to bring our community onto Serey,” said Jan Hanken representing ARC Accelerator. “This partnership gives our startups a professional, scalable digital presence – and a new way to connect with the broader public and investors.”
With a one-year term to start, the partnership aims to make the ARC hub on Serey a go-to destination for startup news and digital innovation in Cambodia.
