Central to the celebration were Guest Chefs Chef Jose Mari “Jomar” Medrano of Citadines Bacolod City and Chef Arnel Jr. Gapud of Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila, who presented a festive menu inspired by beloved Filipino Christmas traditions. For the first time, Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh elevated its Guest Chef experience to the Grand Ballroom, transforming the space into a shared table that welcomed members of the diplomatic corps, the business community, partners, and friends.
