Royal Group Employees Donate 5% of Their Salaries to Aid Displaced Families
In a powerful display of solidarity, employees of the Royal Group of Companies donated 5 per cent of their December salaries, collectively contributing USD 300,000 to support Cambodian families tragically displaced by ongoing attacks from Thai military forces on Cambodian territory.
This generous contribution donation will be channeled to the “Foundation for Refugees Assistance”, an initiative led by Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and Chairman & CEO of Royal Group of Companies, together with Lok Chumteav Neak Oknha Mao Chamnan, Vice-Chairwoman of the Royal Group of Companies and President of the Khmer Artists Association.
The foundation is working tirelessly to deliver urgent aid to affected communities in Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Koh Kong, and Siem Reap.

On December 16, 2025, Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone and JTrust Royal Bank respectively donated USD 1 million each. This contribution comes on top of Neak Oknha Kith Meng’s donation of USD 2 million made earlier this month through Samdech Techo Hun Sen, bringing his total support to USD 4 million.
These contributions reflect more than generosity—it embodies the timeless spirit of “Khmer Helping Khmer” and the unbreakable bond between national leaders, the private sector, and Cambodian citizens standing shoulder to shoulder in this time of national hardship.

This is not the first time Royal Group has stepped forward. In August 2025, the company delivered vital aid to more than 2,000 families affected by the border conflict in Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, and Siem Reap provinces.
Additionally, in response to appeals from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the president of the Senate, Neak Oknha Kith Meng contributed USD 500,000 in May 2025 and USD 1,000,000 in July 2025 to support Cambodian frontline troops stationed along the Cambodia–Thailand border.
Every gesture of kindness matters. Generous public who wishes to extend their support this effort can make donations at the collection point near Bayon Market (west of Central Market), at the Cellcard Head Office; or conveniently donate via the attached QR code through any bank.
