Prince Bank Announces Two-Day “718 Clever Merchant Village” Event in Conjunction with 10th Anniversary Celebration

This milestone event not only serves as a celebration of Prince Bank's decade-long commitment to excellence, innovation, and community engagement but also highlights the bank's enduring dedication to fostering culture, creativity, and commerce within the Cambodian community. The announcement was made at a press conference held on June 30, 2025, at Major Cineplex, AEON Mall Phnom Penh, attended by distinguished guests, including the CEO, members of the executive committee, business partners, and representatives from the media.
The festivities will commence on the evening of July 18 with an exclusive Appreciation Dinner for partners and friends, honouring the bank's 10 years of service. The following two days of the event will welcome the public from 10 AM to 10 PM, with the theme “A Decade of Dedication".

To kick off the celebrations, Prince Bank will be distributing complimentary meal vouchers to the first 1,000 patrons of the 718 Clever Merchant Village. Guests are invited to enjoy a free meal and be part of this special occasion.
The Clever Merchant Village will feature over 100 local merchants and businesses, transforming Connexion into a vibrant hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Attendees can explore a diverse array of booths showcasing local products and innovative brands, with convenient payment options available through PRINCE KHQR.
Admission to the event is free, ensuring access for all Cambodians to join in this meaningful celebration of entrepreneurship and creativity. All guests can also enjoy 50 per cent off, or up to USD 1 discount, for any ride that they book via TADA to or from Connexion on both days of the event.
In addition to being a marketplace, the event promises to deliver an exceptional experience, with engaging activities and entertainment suitable for all ages. Guests can enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks, as well as participate in fun activities presented by our partners, including Visakha Football Club, a Giant Artist Wall, and a Claw Machine. A dedicated Kids’ Park will also ensure a memorable experience for children.
The event will feature captivating performances, including a live K-pop dance showcase by Arrow Plas, an electrifying EDM Night, an exciting Eating Competition, and One-hour Free Flow Beer sessions scheduled from 2 PM to 3 PM by Botanico Craft Beer Garden. The main stage will host renowned Cambodian artists Rabee and Tep Piseth, promising an unforgettable entertainment experience.
Adding a meaningful layer to this anniversary celebration was the launch of “The Story of Us”, a powerful four-episode mini-series that blends cinematic storytelling with heartfelt themes and purpose. The two-episode pilot premiered during the press conference, setting the tone for the emotional journey that lies ahead.
The Story of Us explores the emotional journey of a mother returning to Cambodia in search of her son, whom she was forced to leave behind twelve years ago following a painful divorce. Through themes of love, sacrifice, forgiveness, and redemption, the series delivers a poignant narrative that resonates deeply with audiences.
More than just fiction, The Story of Us embodies the same principles that have guided Prince Bank over the past decade – compassion, resilience, and a commitment to supporting the communities it serves. The series serves as a parallel to the human connections the bank has nurtured over the years.
The first two episodes of the mini-series will be available for viewing on Prince Bank’s official Facebook and YouTube platforms starting June 30, while the final episode will premiere during the Partner Appreciation Dinner on July 18. A special ‘Meet-and-Greet’ Session with the talented cast of ‘The Story Of Us’ will be held on July 19, where we will also witness a special live performance by Glomyy Vincent, the singer-songwriter who composed and produced the OST (original soundtrack).
