The four companies entering into the MOUs with Phum Brolay Baitang are:

  • H Healthcare Berhad: A Malaysia-listed company specialising in medical and wellness services. This Partnership will establish a strategic alliance to provide comprehensive wellness and treatment facilities within the Phum Brolay Baitang compound.
  • ChargePlus (Cambodia) Co., Ltd: The leading and largest provider of EV Charging stations in Singapore with a presence in five other Southeast Asian countries. This MOU will see both companies collaborate to equip Phum Brolay Baitang with ChargePlus’s proprietary 2-Gun AC EV Charging stations for EV owners.
  • Affinity Star Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd: A fully licensed insurance broker by Cambodia’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, Affinity Star has over 40 years of experience in providing insurance coverage services in Cambodia. This MOU will designate Affinity Star as Phum Brolay Baitang’s key insurance partner, offering comprehensive coverage for villa and commercial unit purchases.
  • Phillip Trustee (Cambodia) Co., Ltd: The associate company of Phillip Bank Plc, Phillip Trustee provides reliable trust administration such as holding trust services, fund trust services, and acting as an intermediary for real estate escrow transactions. This MOU empowers Phum Brolay Baitang to work with Phillip Trustee in offering secure trustee services for all customers purchasing property within the development.
