Panasonic Cambodia took an important step toward advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by joining the “Together Action for SDGs” event—a three-day program hosted by the United Nations in Cambodia, in collaboration with AEON MALL Mean Chey (Cambodia), from October 31 to November 2, 2025. This participation reflects Panasonic’s dedication to building a sustainable future for the people and country.

Throughout the event, a variety of workshops, panel discussions, and interactive sessions were held to promote awareness of the 18 SDGs in Cambodia.

During the event, Panasonic also hosted a program called “Panasonic Kids School", aimed at inspiring children to learn about sustainability, science, and innovation through an easy-to-use website available in English and Khmer, giving viewers easy
access to getting all the details in the languages they preferred. The Panasonic booth also drew hundreds of visitors who learned about the company’s sustainability-driven actions through entertaining games and sessions.

He shared:

Our participation in the ‘Together Action for SDGs’ event reflects Panasonic’s continued commitment to promoting sustainability and community well-being. Over the years, Panasonic has contributed to Cambodian communities through various efforts—from distributing solar lanterns to off-grid villages and organising Eco RELAY environmental activities, to improving sports facilities, supporting students with scholarships, and introducing the KID Witness News Global program.
