OCIC Recognised For Best Township And Sustainable Design At The 2024 PropertyGuru Property Awards In Bangkok
Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC), Cambodia's leading real estate and infrastructure developer, was honoured with two distinguished accolades at the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards in Bangkok. Koh Pich received the Best Township Development (Cambodia) award and was also shortlisted among the Top 3 in the Asia Property Awards, while Connexion was recognised as Best Sustainable Design (Cambodia), showcasing OCIC's efforts toward innovation and focus on environment.
These recognition from industry peers follow OCIC’s success at the 2023 Awards, where it won the Best Developer Award (Cambodia) and Best Waterfront Condominium (Asia) for Diamond Bay Garden, a landmark CBD residential project with stunning Mekong River views.

Koh Pich, a 100-hectare development formerly known as Koh Khlang, has transformed significantly over the past 18 years. Connexion, awarded Best Sustainable Design, is a mixed-use bio-climatic development situated in the heart of Koh Pich. Designed to foster collaboration, Connexion is a growing Tech Hub which is home to startups, entrepreneurs, and tech leaders.
