The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI), through its General Department of Science, Technology & Innovation (GDSTI), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lotus Academy to advance Cambodia’s digital skills development. This partnership aims to equip professionals and businesses with the expertise needed to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Witnessed by H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation, the MoU reaffirms the government’s commitment to building a highly skilled workforce capable of driving Cambodia’s digital transformation.

Under this collaboration, Lotus Academy will provide industry-recognised training and certification programs in key areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Data Analytics, FinTech, and Green Technology. Beyond training, the partnership will focus on research, capacity-building programs, and industry engagement – bridging the gap between education and real-world applications.
