On August 9th, in the capital Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Viettel Cambodia (Metfone) and the Cambodian Educational Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a significant milestone in the journey of revolutionising education in Cambodia.
Also present at the ceremony were H.E Sok Puthyvuth, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia; H.E Kim Sethany, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports of Cambodia; and members of the above two ministries.
