The program aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and business professionals, with the critical skills, knowledge, and support needed to build thriving, and sustainable enterprises.
Spanning key areas such as entrepreneurial leadership, business management, innovation, commercialisation, and scaling, the program will equip participants with a robust toolkit to navigate the challenges of the modern business landscape.
Key components of the NextGen Enterprise curriculum include:
- Skills gap assessments to identify participants' strengths and areas for development,
- Training modules covering entrepreneurial leadership, business management, innovation, commercialisation, and scaling
- Personalised coaching sessions to provide tailored guidance and support as well as to foster collaboration and peer-to-peer learning
- Masterclasses to facilitate knowledge sharing and expand professional connections.
"Nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship and empowering individuals to translate their ideas into successful business ventures is core to Khmer Enterprise's mission," said H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, CEO of Khmer Enterprise.
