IBCC Hosts Exclusive Banking Event: Unleashing AI-First Banking for Digital Transformation
The Indian Business Chamber in Cambodia (IBCC) organised "AI-First Banking: Driving Digital Transformation," aimed at senior executives from banks, microfinance institutions (MFIs), and fintech organisations, at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh on March 19, 2025.
The event explored how artificial intelligence (AI) and unified digital platforms are reshaping the banking sector. This event, supported by technology insights from Newgen Software and industry expertise from Trempplin, highlighted the evolving digital landscape.
The event was attended by Babulal Parihar, President of the Indian Business Chamber in Cambodia (IBCC), Richhpal Singh, Counsellor, representing the Indian Ambassador to Cambodia, and speakers and panelists from Newgen and Trempplin.
This premier gathering featured interactive discussions and expert-led sessions addressing AI-driven innovations, streamlined banking operations, customer experience enhancements, and regulatory compliance solutions. Attendees gained valuable insights into leveraging AI to drive efficiency and customer-centric innovation in Cambodia's financial sector.
