Haidilao Launches Its First Outlet In Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Global hotpot brand, Haidilao Hot Pot, has officially entered the Cambodian market, bringing its unique Chinese dining experience to even more diners. Haidilao has long been touted around the world for its high-quality ingredients and distinctive dining experience.
Earlier this year, Haidilao successfully opened its first outlet in Manila, Philippines. The expansion into Cambodia marks another significant step in Haidilao's global growth, making Cambodia the 14th country in its overseas expansion.

Haidilao's First Outlet In Cambodia
Haidilao's first outlet in Cambodia is located at U Mall in the country's capital, Phnom Penh. According to a press release, the restaurant's interior design draws inspiration from Haidilao Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, creating a luxurious and elegant atmosphere with black and gold tones.
The branch in Phnom Penh promises to continue maintaining Haidilao's high standards, offering not only the beloved Beef Tallow Soup Base and the signature Tomato Soup Hot Pot, but also introducing specialty soup bases tailored to Southeast Asian preferences, such as Coconut Milk Mala Soup Base and Fish Maw Chicken Soup Base.
Among the "Top 10 Signature" dishes, diners are encouraged to try the Haidilao Flavored Beef, Haidilao-Style Fresh Beef Tripe, and Black Tiger Shrimp Paste, all recommended on the ordering page to provide local diners with an authentic Haidilao experience. Additionally, the famous "Haidilao-Style Dancing Noodle" performance, a favourite among regulars, will bring an entertaining twist to the meal, offering a unique blend of culinary delight and lively entertainment.

Haidilao Huǒguō at U Mall, Phnom Penh, will officially commence its soft opening phase on October 1, 2024. During this period, the restaurant will be open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Once fully operational, its hours will extend until 6:00 AM the following day. The venue boasts 63 tables and 4 private rooms, accommodating up to 338 guests.
