Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB) and MSNH Celebrated the Topping Out of "FTB Tower"
Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB) and MSNH Investment Co., Ltd (MSNH) proudly marked a significant milestone with the topping-out ceremony of its new headquarters, FTB Tower, on May 12, 2025.
FTB Tower was developed through a joint collaboration between MSNH and FTB. The ground-breaking ceremony for its construction was held on April 22, 2022.
The topping-out ceremony was held at the Tower Site and attended by FTB’s Chairman, CEO, and the senior management teams of both FTB and MSNH, along with the main contractor, China Construction Midland Cambodia, Bureau Veritas Cambodia (Project Manager), and consultants, including Aedas (Project Designer), Meinhardt and BK Asia.
FTB Tower has a total gross floor area of 77,593 square metres, 28 floors and four dedicated basement-level floors to accommodate car and motorbike parking. FTB Tower is located on Lot A, Sangkat Monorom, Khan 7 Makara, along Russian Boulevard, the heart of Phnom Penh's business centre. FTB Tower is a Grade A Office Building with a structure that utilises the latest technologies in building automation, fire safety, energy conservation and environmental protection, in total compliance with local and international building standards.

The tower project is on track for full completion later in October this year, with interior work and system design now underway.
