The Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) has granted in-principle approval for agricultural firm, Daun Penh Agrico Co., Ltd., to list bonds on the exchange, marking the second such approval in 2025.

According to a statement released by the CSX on December 26, 2025, the exchange approved Daun Penh Agrico to list Bonds for Qualified Investors on December 23. The approval is conditional, pending final authorisation from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), and the fulfilment of additional CSX listing requirements.

The bond issuance is valued at USD 49 million, with subscriptions scheduled to open on December 30, 2025, according to reporting from Khmer Times.

The issuance has received a KhAAA credit rating from the Rating Agency of Cambodia, and is being managed and underwritten by Yuanta Securities (Cambodia) Plc.

Established in 2015, Daun Penh Agrico Co., Ltd. focuses on fruit crop plantations and agricultural processing facilities. The company is headquartered in Lumphat District of Ratanakiri Province.

If fully approved by the SERC, the bond listing would add to Cambodia’s still-developing corporate bond market, which authorities have been seeking to expand as an alternative source of financing for domestic enterprises.

In 2025, ACLEDA Bank raised a total of USD 200 million through two separate issuances of subordinated bonds to strengthen its capital base, with each issuance raising approximately USD 100 million.

SchneiTec Dynamic also issued Cambodia’s first-ever project green bond, raising approximately USD 50 million (KHR 196.64 billion) to finance a 60-MW solar power plant in Kampong Chhnang province. The bond was officially listed on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) on April 11, 2025.
