The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC) officially announced the launch of its latest ‘Doing Business in Cambodia 2025-2026 Guide’ on November 28, 2025, during a ceremony held at the Embassy of France in Phnom Penh, attended by H.E. Olivier Richard, Ambassador of France to Cambodia, and Cyril Girot, President of the CCIFC.

Published biennially, this guide is a vital resource for entrepreneurs and investors looking to establish or expand their presence in Cambodia's dynamic economy.

Updated Insights on Cambodia's Economic Landscape

Coordinated by the CCIF under the direction of Charles Julliard, Executive Director, and authored by Camille Tachon and Enguerran Di Carlo, the 2025-2026 edition offers a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the Cambodian market. It highlights key growth sectors, investment opportunities, and the major enterprises driving the Kingdom's development.

The guide also provides practical guidance on understanding the local market, setting up a business, and navigating Cambodia's economic, political, and cultural context-essential information for successful integration into the Cambodian business ecosystem.

Strengthening Franco-Cambodian Economic Relations

More than an informational tool, the Doing Business in Cambodia Guide reflects the CCIFC's commitment to reinforcing economic ties between France and Cambodia. It underlines Cambodia's strategic position in ASEAN and identifies promising sectors for French companies, including agriculture, logistics, tourism, manufacturing, and emerging technologies.

Wide Reach and Accessibility

This year, 3,000 copies have been printed in French, and the English version will be available online in December 2025. The previous editions of the guide were highly successful, with over 15,000 downloads in both French and English, demonstrating its value as a trusted resource for the business community.

Founded in 1998, the CCIFC counts over 250 active members and serves as a key hub for promoting French business interests in Cambodia. As part of the CCI France International network, the Chamber offers advisory services, training, networking events, and business development support to facilitate market entry and growth. Building on the success of prior editions, the CCIF continues to advance bilateral economic development and showcase French expertise in Cambodia.
