Cambodian Real Estate Awards (CREA) 2024 Date & Judges Confirmed
The Cambodian Real Estate Awards (CREA) will be recognising the best in the sector for a 5th year in 2024. This prestigious Cambodian real estate event is confirmed to take place on May 8, 2024 at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
CREA is organised annually by Realestate.com.kh and is endorsed by the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) and the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (under the Ministry of Economy and Finance).
The gala event will once again be honouring Cambodia’s best real estate developers, agencies, professionals, brands, and partners in the capital. The judges for CREA 2024 have been confirmed and will pore over the entries across several eligible categories.
The winners of each category will cement their place in the Cambodian real estate market, and further appeal to domestic and international markets by being recognised as a leader in the sector. Each winner will receive a CREA trophy and certificate, as well as a plaque to display in their respective office or showroom.
Judges Confirmed For CREA 2024
Seven captains of industry within the Cambodian business community have been selected to lead the adjudicating for CREA 2024.
Heading the judging panel will be Eric Wong, a Cambodian-Australian with experience in the fields of property consulting and development businesses, primarily within the emerging markets of Southeast Asia. Wong has led market research and analysis reports for the office, residential, hotel and retail sectors.
The seven judges of CREA 2024 are:

- Davy Kong - Head Real Estate Practice, DFDL
- Anthony Galliano - Group CEO of Cambodian Investment Management (CIM)
