AmCham Cambodia Announces 16 Candidates for Board Elections 2025
The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Cambodia has announced the 16 eligible candidates for the 2025 Board of Governors election, for which six board seats are currently open.
The candidates reflect a diverse makeup of AmCham Cambodia's membership, representing a wide range of industries, expertise, and business perspectives. The 16 candidates are:
- Akira Nopakunkajorn, Senior Marketing Director at Cambrew Ltd.
- Barry Walker, Dean of the Law Program at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP)
- Chanmali Liv, Corporate Finance Director at OBOR
- Davy Kong, Partner at DFDL Cambodia
- Devin Barta, Director of Operations at AHF Products
- Eng Bunthach, Director of IT Advisory at KPMG Cambodia
- Heng Chanboreasmy, Senior Manager, Money Movement Solutions at Visa Worldwide
- James Komor, Finance Director at Heineken Cambodia
- Jason Ma, President and CEO of Ealytex Global Inc.
- Jay Cohen, Partner at Tilleke & Gibbins (Cambodia) Ltd.
- Muny Samreth, Chief Financial Officer at AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc.
- Nara Kann, Chief Public Affairs Officer at Manulife Cambodia
- Por Lim, General Manager at Starbucks Cambodia
- Ruwan Hulugalle, Senior Consultant at HBS Law
- Sarah Moya, General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott
- Vicheka Chourp, Chief Executive at Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF)
Electronic voting will open on March 6, 2025 for AmCham members, who will receive more information on how to vote in their emails.
Results will be announced at the AmCham Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 26, 2025, at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. AmCham members are encouraged to register now for the AGM, which will also mark a celebration of the 75th anniversary of U.S.-Cambodia relations.
