AmCham Announces New 2025 Board of Governors

The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Cambodia officially announced its 2025 Board of Governors during the chamber's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 26, 2025, at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
Special keynote remarks were delivered by chief guests H.E. Sok Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister; and Bridgette L. Walker, U.S. Embassy Chargé d'Affaires. Around 250 people attended the AGM, including members of AmCham and other members of the broader business community in Cambodia.
Among the 16 candidates previously announced to be running for the board, the following six were successfully voted on:
- Davy Kong, Partner at DFDL Cambodia (re-elected on to the board)
- Jay Cohen, Partner at Tilleke & Gibbins (Cambodia) Ltd. (re-elected on to the board)
- Devin Barta, Director of Operations at AHF Products (former AmCham President)
- Por Lim, General Manager at Starbucks Cambodia
- Ruwan Hulugalle, Senior Consultant at HBS Law
- Vicheka Chourp, Chief Executive at Indochina Starfish Foundation

AmCham board members each serve a two-year term. The current board includes the following five members who are completing the second year of their terms:
- Casey Barnett, President of CamEd Business School
- Anthony Galliano, CEO of Cambodian Investment Management (CIM)
- Torsten Kleine Büning, Chief Risk Officer at ABA Bank
- Bora Kem, Partner at Mekong Strategic Capital (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
- Vanseka Sok, Managing Partner at Sethalay Law Office
