Smart announces Demi World Tour 2015 on 5th May 2015 at Koh Pich (Diamond Island)!Smart Axiata revealed today further information about their upcoming International Smart Mega Concert, featuring Demi Lovato, which will be held on 5th May 2015 on Koh Pich Island, Phnom Penh from 7pm onwards.
From 28th April, Smart will hand out 27,000 access passes to people who want to join this mega concert.
While the VIP Zone access passes are available on invitation only and reserved for the guests of honor, government representatives and key corporate customers of Smart, the Premium Zone, Green Zone and Normal Zone access passes are available for the public.
2,000 Premium Zone access passes are available at the following Smart outlets: Smart Shop AEON Mall (1st floor inside NOJIMA), Smart Shop TK Avenue, Smart Shop Phnom Penh Center, Smart Shop Koh Pich or Smart Shop Sorya. However if you reside in the provinces and can’t commit to making the trek to Phnom Penh, don’t despair, the Smart Shops in Siem Reap, Battambang, and Sihanoukville each will have 100 Premium Zone access passes available every day too. However, subscribers from provinces will need to collect their Premium Zone access pass and the goody bag at Smart Store in Phnom Penh before 12pm on 5th May2015.
If you want to get access to the Premium Zone, you must be a Smart subscribers and must top up USD 20 at any of the mentioned Smart outlets. Besides giving concert passes to the zone closest to the stage, those opting for the Premium Zone will receive together with their Premium Zone access wristband also a goody bag containing the ultimate accessories for any Lovatic attending the concert: a ‘I Love Demi’ wristband, the official ‘I Love Demi’ Smart Mega Concert T-Shirt and a the Smart cheering stick.
The Green Zone is also reserved for Smart subscribers, 10,000 access passes are available. Recipients must be an active Smart customers and must top up USD 1 to their account on the day of access pass collection. Subscribers must also activate any Demi Lovato song as their Smart Tune to qualify for a Green Zone access pass. The Green Zone access passes will be distributed on Koh Pich (Diamond Island) in front of the Theatre from 28th April onwards on a first come, first serve basis till stock lasts.
15,000 Normal Zone access passes, which are available for all members of the public, not necessarily just Smart subscribers, will be made available on the day of the concert (5th May) and on the concert venue in front of the Theatre at Koh Pich (Diamond Island) as such, starting from 5pm. These Normal Zone access passes will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis till access limit is reached.
Smart Axiata also highlights that safety and security is absolute paramount to this event. Smart will not compromise on the concert safety and security, the concert will be managed by an international event organizer with proper security forces and measures in place. Ambulances, fire brigade and security forces (private security, police officers and traffic coordinators) will be on stand-by to support the event.
No weapons of any kind, glass bottles, fireworks (of any kind), or heavy items will be permitted inside the venue. Security checks will be performed at the entrance gates.
Direction signs showing where all entries and exits as well as parking possibilities are, will placed on Koh Pich, traffic police and traffic coordinators will be on assistance. Two car parking areas near Diamond Island City Hall with a special shuttle bus transfer service to the concert venue will be made available.
Motorbikes to be parked at two motorbike parking zones behind the Diamond Convention and Exhibition Center and in front of Vini Garden, both can accommodate thousands of motorbikes.
Any professional, for commercial purposes, photography or videography at the concert is prohibited.
However concert attendees are of course encouraged to snap pictures and record videos on their smartphones to record memories of the biggest show of the year.
