Realestate.com is holding an online flash sale from 6 May - 6 June 2021. How does the sale process work?

Buyers can reserve a discount by paying a fully refundable deposit of $200 USD on the day of the sale. The Period of sales was updated on May 1st, 2021 by REAKH:

• May 6: The first announcement of properties participating in the event & buyers can start to pre-register their interest in properties and projects & start speaking to developers and arranging online viewings.
• May 6  June 1: New properties will be released on the event website weekly.
• June 2: Online property seminars from developers, agents, lawyers, tax consultants & more.
• June 3 - June 6: Discounts publicly available, 4 days only.

If in any case, the buyer does not follow through with their purchase, they will be fully refunded their $200 reservation fee.
