Theme: Cambodia, a country in full economic development relies on its tourism industry and agribusiness to increase its resources in the domestic market or for export. In these two sectors, microbiological and chemical quality of the products (swimming pool water, treatment water, food, raw food products or transformed food products) must be guaranteed. The workshop will review the Cambodian and European legislation and standards in these areas.
