EuroCham Cambodia is pleased to invite you to EuroCham's 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on3 April 2019 at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
Every year EuroCham holds an AGM so that Members can vote for a new board of directors and receive updates on the Chamber's finances, activities, and achievements. Since the Board was elected last year for a two years mandate, there will be no election this time.
However, the AGM will be preceded by an Extraordinary General Meeting during which Members will be asked to vote on important matters related to the Membership fees and to the National Chapters registration rules.
Participation Participation is complimentary for one corporate representative of each member company and individual members of EuroCham. Additional representatives are welcome at the following rates: member $35, non-member $45.
Voting rights
Only Ordinary Members, who have paid their 2019 membership fees, will have the right to vote in the Extraordinary General Meeting.Proxies
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, the attached proxy form should be filled and sent to the EuroCham office by email to admin@eurocham-cambodia.org. The proxy forms have to be submitted before the vote.
Please note that only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies. Each member can hold a maximum of 3 proxies.
