The 2024 Cambodian Real Estate Awards (CREA) will take place on May 8, 2024 at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.

This is the 5th edition of the CREA, which is organised annually by Realestate.com.kh, with endorsements from the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) and the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (under the Ministry of Economy and Finance). Seven judges have been chosen to lead the adjudicating for CREA 2024.

The CREA 2024 awards feature categories across varying real estate disciplines.

 Entries are accepted from all licensed firms and individuals, regardless of the size or wealth of their operation.
