HR Forum 2025 is being organised by EuroCham to take place on March 7, 2025, in Phnom Penh at the Hyatt Regency.

The organisers said "This year's theme focuses on "Sustaining Success," exploring the strategies and practices necessary to maintain and enhance organisational efficiency after achieving initial success."

• Exploring the challenges and opportunities that arise after organisational success.
• Discuss strategies and best practices for maintaining organisational efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Guest Speakers

• There will be opening remarks from Minister of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT) H.E. Heng Sour.
• Permanent Secretary of State at MoLVT H.E. Mrs Sovann Vannaroth will present on initiatives and upcoming laws from the MoLVT. 
• Mr. Victor Boissel, Managing Director & Founder of Keenetik will look at process optimisation.
• Secretary General of CHRO/QHSE & Director of Cambodia Airports Ms. Caroline Bougon Sirieix will discuss real-world strategies for how HR practices can be successfully implemented in the workplace. 
• Mr. Vijay Allaham, Founder and Managing Director of True North Lean will explore strategies for developing a workplace culture of continual improvement for sustained excellence. 

This will be followed by panel discussions and Q&A sessions
