The Cambodia Climate Change Summit 2024 (CCCS24) will be held on October 24-25, 2024, in the coastal city of Sihanoukville, seeking to address challenges and explore solutions for mitigating and adapting to climate impacts in the country, region, and beyond.

The fourth annual event will be presided over by the Minister of Environment, H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth, with representatives from the US, Australian, and British Embassies, along with other institutions. 

The CCCS24 will feature 24 sessions, including topics on climate financing, community-led climate resilience, and blue carbon initiatives. Other key areas of focus will include renewable energy, advancements in agriculture and aquaculture, water security, and waste transformation through circular innovation.

Youth-led inclusion will also be highlighted this year with roundtable discussions featuring emerging leaders driving industry change. It will also host a Sustainable Solutions Expo, where businesses and organisations will showcase innovative approaches to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
