In this session you'll learn to use the data you have -- and learn what data you can and should collect -- to develop insights and action plans for your business.
Get an understanding of big data, web analytics, social listening, data visualisation, and other techniques; and learn about free or low-cost tools for collecting and reviewing data.
You'll also come away with knowledge of what data sources are readily available in Cambodia, from free resources via Facebook and Google, to the various local syndicated studies that can be acquired.
