Koh Puos (Cambodia) Investment Group Ltd. (KPIG), is an international investment and property development company, engaged in the acquisition, financing, development, sales and property management of residential, commercial and resort real estate.
KPIG has its headquarters in Cyprus within the European Union and has been registered in Cambodia since 2006. Their first involvement was developing Morakot Island (Koh Puos), a luxury multi-purpose property. KPIG has also developed the Techo Morakot bridge, that Morakot island to the mainland near Sihanoukville city.
Morakot Island is KPIG's flagship project in Cambodia and includes premium developments such as luxury residential communities, apartment and office buildings, 5-star hotels, casinos, business facilities and shopping areas.
