Year-End Property Sale 2020: REAKH
The Realestate.com.kh Year-End Online Property Sale 2020 (YEPS) is taking place online from November 27th until December 31st 2020.

realestate.com.kh said the online property sales event in Cambodia "will house Cambodia’s leading Borey, Condo, and Mixed-use developers as well as the country’s best agencies, banks, lawyers, and other real estate-related businesses”.
The planned physical property sale event had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions but the online sale is still going ahead allowing property seekers, first-time home buyers, and investors to be able to purchase some of the best deals at the Year-End Property Sale 2020.
The online sale and expo will run from November 27 to December 31. Only registered users can participate in the online event. Properties from Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Phnom Penh are available and the sale is offering up to 40% exclusive discounts in this 1-month long sales event.
On November 17th 2020, REAKH said "The acclaimed "Year-end property sale event" will be held fully online due to COVID-19 restrictions. But don't worry, we have made changes so that you can attend the event from the comfort of your home."
Realestate.com.kh said "The property market is already seeing initial signs of recovery, which means the window to buy property at significantly more attractive prices might be drawing to a close. The Online Year-End Property Sale 2020 is your chance to get a big discount before prices surge again!"
