Cambodia’s leading e-commerce platform, Wingmall, now offers an onboarding fee of just 100 riel for merchants, after which they can keep 100 per cent of their revenue. Wingmall launched this new campaign on August 11, 2025, to help revolutionise the digital marketplace for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Kingdom.

The new Wingmall campaign, “Go Rise Above, Go Make a Difference, and Go for Cambodia,” waives traditionally hefty commission charges, allowing every sale generated on the platform to stay with the merchant.

A Platform Built for Cambodia

Speaking at the campaign launch, Wing Division CEO, Manu Rajan, emphasised, “To all the merchants here today—whether you own a small street-side stall, a growing online shop, or a well-known retail brand—Wingmall was built for you. It’s Cambodia’s very own marketplace—built for our people, by our people.”

He added:

With a 100 riel (USD 0.025) onboarding fee and zero commission, we’re breaking down barriers so every merchant can thrive, and every customer can shop smarter. Whether you’re a small entrepreneur or a micro SME, you can list your products on Wingmall on your own—without paying a single riel in commission.

With over 5,500 merchants, Wingmall offers a diverse shopping experience—from groceries to electronics—enhanced by its new partnership with Taobao, which expands product choices even further. The platform ensures seamless browsing, secure payments, and real-time order tracking.

Speaking with B2B Cambodia, Rajan stressed that no other platform in the country offers such terms, and that Wingmall is daring to step up during these difficult times to waive its usual fees.

“This new campaign comes at the right time, as Cambodia is going through unprecedented uncertainties,” he said. “As a 100 per cent Khmer-owned enterprise, we have to come to the aid of our merchant partners, our customers, and our people in this country.”

Rajan added that this campaign will ensure every single hard-earned riel goes to the person who generated it, not to the platforms.

“They get to keep 100 per cent of the revenue they generate, except for a 100 riel monthly subscription fee that we charge,” he explained.

Empowering Merchants, Delighting Customers

Customers can enjoy competitive deals and make the most of the Wingpoints loyalty program, which rewards purchases with points redeemable across a wide merchant network. New users also receive USD 3 in free shopping credits as a welcome gift—no strings attached.

The service currently operates in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville, with expansion planned for additional regions by 2026.

Merchants can self-onboard in minutes, with full control over their product catalogs, pricing, and discounts—no paperwork required. Merchants can also join by contacting +855 78 311 311.

Rajan concluded:

In times like these, we need more than just platforms. We need tools that help people rise above hardship, make a difference in their communities, and move Cambodia forward together. This campaign is our commitment to our merchants, our customers, and our country. So go rise above.

Wingmall is part of the Royal Group of Companies, a 100-percent Cambodian-owned enterprise and one of the country’s largest conglomerates, with interests spanning electricity, banking, railways, telecommunications, and more.
