More than 200 professionals and innovators gathered at the Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy on June 7, 2025, for the Women’s Leadership Conference 2025, hosted by the Singapore Learning Academy (SLA).

Held under the theme “Future Innovators Wanted: Leadership in Exponential Technologies and an Innovative Mindset,” the event spotlighted the growing role of women in shaping the future of artificial intelligence (AI), innovation, and other emerging technologies.

Designed as a platform for changemakers, the conference brought together leaders from Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, France, and Cambodia, aiming to challenge traditional leadership norms and inspire the next generation of female pioneers.

The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and was graced by H.E. Kry Nallis, Secretary of State, who served as Guest of Honour on behalf of H.E. Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs.

“This is not just a conference—it’s a catalyst,” said Tan Wee Pin, CEO of SLA. “We are witnessing the rise of a new era of leadership—one that’s fearless, future-ready, and unapologetically innovative. And women are leading that charge.”
