King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management are setting a landmark for development and property management. Over the course of 11 years, they have developed the first night market in Cambodia, a dining and shopping village, and an office and residential complex which is the first in Siem Reap Province.

King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management is a property management entity that was established in 2007 for the purpose of developing and managing premium properties for office, residential, F&B, and retail outlets. Safety, security, and quality of service are of an international standard, and are their primary goal when they are developing properties. Managed by a dynamic team, headed by CEO Mr. Ban Vibol, the company has experienced growth during the first and second quarter of 2018, as a testament of their 40% increase in revenue.

It’s been more than a decade now since they opened Angkor Night Market, which was the first night market in the Kingdom. During that time, tourists were looking for other options for shopping during the evening, but they were not many to be found. Thanks to the initiative of King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management, Siem Reap’s night scenery became more active than ever. And it has given an opportunity to improve the local economy and created additional jobs for the residents.

After the successful launch of their first development in 2013, they ventured into a dining and shopping complex with an area of 7,000 square meters, where all the outlets are accommodated in individually designed Khmer traditional wooden houses to simulate a typical Cambodian village ambiance, something which has gathered rave reviews from the leading travel agencies and from the local and international guests. There, you can find well-renowned international franchises such as Hard Rock Café Angkor (the first Hard Rock Café in Cambodia), Havaianas, and other popular Khmer restaurants and boutique shops. It is also the home of Made in Cambodia Market.

Their latest development was completed in 2017, which is the Boutique Office & Residential Complex, again the first of its kind in Siem Reap, with 17 office units and nine residential units, all of which are already occupied.

"Accessibility and visibility are the key selling points of all our developments as they are all located at premium locations," said CEO Mr. Ban Vibol. "We are not complacent as we are constantly innovating our products and services, such as the Virtual Office, which was just recently launched."

As part of the management plan, King’s Road Angkor Premium Office & Property Management will begin to venture out for innovative property development and management in key provinces in Cambodia, including Phnom Penh in the first quarter of 2019.
