Feed the Future Cambodia Harvest II is a five-year USAID-funded project that works to accelerate growth and strengthen market systems in horticulture. This announcement concerns the vegetable sector in particular.
Harvest II hereby seeks applications from private companies – buyers, producers, financial institutions, input suppliers, and others – wishing to test innovations that address one of three problems: lack of value addition, loss due to post-harvest handling, or problems with the quantity/quality of supply.
Interested parties are invited to submit a short application describing the problem they propose to address, the envisioned innovation, proposed activities, and expected results. Accepted applications will receive funding of USD 10,000 – 25,000 to test their innovation.
For the full Request for Application and application template, please email grants@harvest2-kh.com with “Testing Innovations in the Vegetable Sector” in the subject line. The deadline to apply is June 17, 2019. Applications received after the deadline will not be eligible for funding.
